Ron Hanlon

Ron Hanlon, a retired professional, enjoys life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A proud alumnus of the University of Tulsa, he holds a B.S. degree, as well as an M.S. from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

A decorated Vietnam War veteran (1969–1970), Ron served with honor while attached to the 101st Airborne Division. Honorably discharged and home, he dedicated part of his early career to teaching junior and senior high school before transitioning into roles with major American companies. They included The Coca-Cola Company, Florida Power & Light, and the Frisco/Burlington Northern Railroad.

From 1979 to 2010, Ron served as Owner and President of Hanlon Hauling Inc. The successful lawn and tree service company he built and operated for over three decades. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to secure two United States patents, reflecting his creativity and problem-solving mindset.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ron’s passions include photography, sailing, flying, and ocean cruising. Experiences that continue to inspire his writing and storytelling. He is the author of Hearts Can Change in Time, a romantic adventure novel, and its highly anticipated sequel, The Promise, also a romantic adventure story.
